Who we are

This website is run by Green Code Holdings Ltd (company number 13312452), Unit D, New Wave House, 4 Humber Road, London NW2 6DW. We are the controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact: info@greencodeholdings.com, 020 8004 4464.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone, postcode and message, used to reply and, if you go ahead, to provide our services (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).
• Job applications: your CV and the details you send, used to consider your application.
• Analytics, only if you allow it: see cookies below.

We pass an enquiry to the group company best placed to help; that company then uses your information for the same purpose. Enquiries are recorded in our customer relationship system, HubSpot. Our website host, Netlify, processes form submissions on our behalf. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them for the purpose they were sent, and project records for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. If you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics (with advertising features turned off) and HubSpot to understand how visitors use the site. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; rejecting later removes the analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@greencodeholdings.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
