The Development Team
The Development division is dedicated to finding, acquiring and developing properties. From large plot developments, all the way down to small pieces of land that we feel can be developed into something special. We are experts in actively seeking potential opportunities – it could be an existing property having lots more space where you’d like us not only to plan but also obtain planning permission so multiple units may become possible.

With an engineering, development and architectural division we have the internal resources to take the project from an idea to completed development.
The development team look carefully into a variety of factors before deciding which project to take on. These include the location’s sustainability, economic viability and national/local planning constraints. We then provide some estimates for GDV (Gross Development Value) along with estimated costs incurred during design and construction.
