Demolition of an existing single Landscape Plan dwelling and erection of no 8 apartments building.

The communication between planning officers and design team gave alterations to the final submission.
Completed, this is yet another progress within our “green” and sustainable approach to having a project successful.
Our goal was to move towards a self-sustaining home using materiality suited to the regions vernacular. The proposal is predominantly timber framed, embracing sustainable technologies, and is highly insulated, designed to the highest standards of air tightness to reduce the amount of energy required to heat the building.
